We are a full service Management Construction firm with an experienced team of construction professionals who all have vast construction, business development and accounting backgrounds.

  • Accounting / Clerical

    Assists the project manager with all job related tasks including correspondence, manages all documents between all active parties involved in the project and accounting procedures.

  • New Business Development

    Our new business development team works with the Project Manager, Estimators, and client in the pre-design, pre-bid process. They will conduct thorough interviews with the entire project team to ensure all goals have been identified and that objectives can be met to include project scheduling, budgeting, special job and safety needs, quality control measures, and absolute on-time delivery.

  • Estimator:

    Our estimators will review the project with the New Business Development Manager, Client, design and engineering firms in an effort to get a clear understanding of the scope of the job and what the budget entails in an effort to bring the job in on budget. They will also seek out cost-saving alternatives without sacrificing objectives or quality of workmanship.

  • Purchasing:

    Our purchasers coordinate, procure, and deliver tools, materials and needed equipment throughout the project phase.

  • Project/ Job Manager:

    This is our key-man once we are awarded a bid. He will expedite the project and communicate all the details to the on-site project team and sub-contractors. He will develop, manage and execute the schedule, coordinate the sub-contractors, have job review and progress reports with the client and manage the in-field project team.

  • Field Job Superintendent:

    Our Field Superintendent teams consist of seasoned and very professional Job Superintendents that provide day-to-day project over-site. They are responsible for daily scheduling of all trade/sub-contract personnel in addition to ensuring safety on-site and quality assurance. This is how we provide superior 'client representation' in the field.
