Construction Bids

Quadrant Construction participates in commercial construction bids for private, state and government projects throughout the Eastern North Carolina area including Onslow, Craven, Carteret, Jones, Pender, New Hanover, Lenior and Duplin Counties.

Our Project Delivery is considered Construction Management-Build as we typically work with the Design firm versus the bid delivery known as Design-Build or DBB.

Under this delivery method, we are hired as a construction manager prior to the completion of the design phase to act as a project coordinator and general contractor. Unlike the DBB method, a construction manager is hired during the design phase, which allows the construction manager to work directly with the architect and circumvent any potential design issues before completion of the construction documents. After documents are completed, the construction manager accepts bids for the various divisions of work from subcontractors or general contractors.
