Chris Whaley
Mr. Whaley received his Bachelor of Science Degree from East Carolina University in Greenville North Carolina in 1994. Soon after graduation, he joined HCI, a subsidiary of W.T. Humphrey Construction Group. HCI is the Fire and Damage Restoration division.

Steven Kellum
Mr. Kellum began his construction career in 1990 with Pro Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of W.T. Humphrey Construction Group. He was employed as an estimator and established the first computer-estimating program at Pro Construction.

After graduating from UNC Wilmington in 1974 with a Bachelor in Accounting degree, he began his construction career when Westminster Company hired him as their corporate controller for the Eastern North Carolina region.
